Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer/Atlassian Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our Toolchain Operations team, you will play a critical role in supporting and optimizing the entire software delivery lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities- Automate infrastructure using tools like Terraform, PowerShell, and Bash.
- Monitor application and infrastructure performance to identify bottlenecks and assure system health.
- Configure, maintain, and optimize internal tools like Jira and Confluence for project planning and tracking.
- Customize Jira workflows, schemes, and dashboards to streamline project management and enhance team productivity.
- Develop and implement Confluence templates and spaces to improve documentation practices and collaboration across teams.
- Provide expert guidance and training to teams on best practices for utilizing Atlassian tools.
- Bridge communication between development, operations, and security teams.
- Empower software development teams to deliver quality to customers by optimizing toolchains and processes.
- BS or MS in computer science or related engineering disciplines.
- 3+ years as a DevOps Engineer, Software Engineer, or System Administrator.
- Proven functional experience in and knowledge of Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Jira Service Management).
- Experience in Containerization (Docker) and Cloud Computing (e.g., AWS, GCP, Kubernetes) is a plus.
