Lead ERP Solutions Consultant

Are you ready to take on the challenge of optimizing enterprise resource planning systems? At Deufol, we are dedicated to REMOVING LIMITS in the packaging industry with our innovative solutions and technical expertise.

We are currently looking for a Senior ERP Consultant (m/f/d) with a strong background in Microsoft products, particularly Business Central, Navision, or Axapta. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in these platforms and possess exceptional consultancy skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth solution analysis within MS Dynamics 365 Business Central and MS Dynamics NAV systems.
  • Define requirements for development and testing, while effectively assigning tasks to team members.
  • Ensure that all assigned tasks are completed in a timely manner.
  • Maintain communication with the team leader regarding progress and updates.
  • Support colleagues with development-related tasks as needed.
  • Participate in project meetings, including those at client locations when necessary.
  • Perform on-site visits for analysis, implementation, or post-implementation support as required.
Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of experience in ERP systems development or implementation, with a minimum of 3 years focused on Microsoft products.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Excellent teamwork and analytical skills.
  • Advanced understanding of business processes.
  • Fluent in both German and English.
  • Proficient in MS Products (NAV/BC/AX).
  • Familiarity with MS SQL Server.
  • Valid driver's license (Class B).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
