As a Project Manager (m/w/d) Onshore Wind - Project Steering (Bayern), you will drive the expansion of renewable energies in Germany forward together with us. You will be responsible for the development of multiple wind park projects in various stages up to the construction readiness and final investment decision. In this context, you will steer the necessary project participants and the project team.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Responsibility for the development of wind park projects taking into account legal, technical, and commercial framework conditions, including quality assurance
  • Organization and steering of an internal project team and external partners for the development of onshore wind energy projects in Germany
  • Establishment of project time and budget plans, as well as continuous project reporting
  • Identification of critical success factors and evaluation of opportunities and risks
  • Preparation of decision-making documents for management
  • Preparation and coordination of auction participations according to EEG, including the submission of bids and alternative marketing options (PPAs)
  • Preparation of the construction phase (execution planning) including the establishment of the investment plan and handover of the project to the Construction department

    Your Profile:

    • Several years of reliable experience in the development and leadership of onshore wind energy projects in the German market
    • Extensive experience in project management/time and process management/contract management
    • Independent, engaged, and goal- and team-oriented working style
    • Well-developed negotiation skills and assertiveness
    • Clear, transparent, and goal-oriented communication in project work
    • Fluent German and good English skills, written and spoken
