CNC Fertigungsmaschinenbediener

Job Responsibilities

As a CNC Fertigungstechniker at Vorwerk, you will be responsible for:

• Operating and programming Senkerodieranlagen (OPS Ingersoll) to ensure efficient and precise production.
• Conducting quality control checks on manufactured parts to ensure they meet specifications outlined in technical drawings and data.
• Performing electrochemical measurements on parts using Zeiss machines.
• Maintaining and repairing Senkerodieranlagen, as well as performing routine maintenance tasks.
• Continuously improving production processes to increase efficiency and quality.
• Interpreting technical drawings and specifications to inform production decisions.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A degree in a relevant field, such as Werkzeugmechanik or a related technical discipline.
• Proven experience in Senkerodieren and CNC machining.
• Strong understanding of technical drawings and specifications.
• Experience with Drahterodieren is a plus.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and efficiently.
