- Troubleshoot and resolve downtimes and malfunctions in technical equipment

- Document maintenance activities using IT systems
- Provide technical support to supervisors
- Train and guide operators in their tasks
- Completed training as a Mechatronics Technician, Electronics Technician, or a related field
- Strong mechanical, electrical, and electronic skills
- Proficient IT knowledge (Windows/MS Office) for diagnosing faults and capturing data
- Willingness to work in a three-shift system, including weekends
- Ability to work independently and take on responsibilities
- Awareness of cost and quality standards
- Commitment to further education in industrial technology
