Job Title:
B2C Sales Representative
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide sales-oriented advice to prospective students, primarily through phone or in-person interactions
- Actively engage with warm leads, guiding them towards enrolling in our university
- Represent IU at events and school visits, serving as the primary point of contact for prospective students on campus
- Collaborate closely with B2B sales colleagues and other departments to drive sales growth
Requirements:
- Enjoy sales of educational programs, with previous experience in B2C sales
- Background in business, psychology, marketing, or related fields
- Excellent communication skills and enthusiasm for a mainly phone-based role
- Strong organizational skills, with a focus on achieving key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Proficient in German and MS-Office programs
