Job Description

Your Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Export Control team and ensure compliance with foreign trade regulations.
  • Perform export control officer duties, including implementing Bafa requirements for the ICP.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with customs and Bafa authorities.
  • Develop and implement processes to ensure compliance with export control regulations at all levels.
  • Organize tariff classification and classification, and prepare and monitor export licenses.
  • Continuously improve the customs clearance and export control area.
  • Provide training and instruction to team members on export control procedures.
Your Profile:
  • Completed commercial training or studies with a strong technical background, or technical training with commercial experience.
  • Several years of experience in export control, ideally with management experience.
  • Relevant knowledge of foreign trade law, export control, and ERP systems.
  • Proficient in German and English, with a hands-on mentality and focus on results.
