Production Engineering Specialist

Primary Responsibilities
In the role of Manufacturing Engineer, you will be entrusted with the following key responsibilities:
- Ensure the accuracy and transfer of technical specifications for the Ariane 6 Ground Support Equipment (GSE) and associated tools within the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system;
- Conduct thorough technical assessments of datasets provided by GSE suppliers;
- Maintain regular communication with the Technical Leader overseeing various tooling aspects;
- Facilitate and lead review meetings with multiple departments involved (configuration management, quality assurance, engineering programs) to validate the technical information related to the items;
- Provide progress updates on the collaborative platform (Confluence/JIRA) to the GSE & PLM project manager;
Required Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and relevant experience:
- A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Production Planning;
- A minimum of two years of professional experience in the manufacturing or production sector;
- Proficiency in SAP, PLM, MES, and ERP systems;
- Fluent in German and English, both in business contexts;
- A collaborative team player with exceptional communication abilities;
- Strong assertiveness and initiative in work approach;
- Ability to work autonomously and take initiative.
