Position: Netzwerk-Spezialist (m/w/d)
Ihre Aufgaben:- Erster Ansprechpartner für Kunden bei der Verwaltung von Netzwerk-Infrastrukturen mit Systemen wie Juniper Networks, Arista oder Cisco.
- Unterstützung des Fachteams im 2nd/3rd-Level-Support bei der Verwaltung von Kundensystemen und -konfigurationen.
- Nachhaltige Störungsbehebung, Planung und Durchführung von Änderungen unter Berücksichtigung der Service Level Agreements (SLAs) und des Problem-Managements nach ITIL.
- Abgeschlossene, fachspezifische Ausbildung oder ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Berufserfahrung.
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im ISP- und Rechenzentrumsumfeld (Routing, Switching, MPLS, BGP, Lastverteilung, WAN-Beschleunigung).
- Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten sowie eine planvolle, vorausschauende und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise.
- Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft und Lernbereitschaft in Bezug auf technologische Entwicklungen.
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
