Job Title: Marketing Campaign Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Campaign Manager to drive process optimization, campaign success, and workflow efficiency at Geberit. If you have a passion for optimizing marketing campaigns and B2C business processes, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Focus on optimizing process-oriented marketing campaigns and workflows to drive business growth and customer engagement
  • Maintain high-quality CRM data through regular data maintenance and analysis
  • Create targeted B2B2C campaigns in CRM to maximize customer interactions and sales
  • Analyze campaign performance, track success, and provide data-driven recommendations to improve marketing strategies
  • Facilitate smooth utilization of B2C CRM as a liaison between users, IT, and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration

Profile:

  • Degree in Marketing or related field, with a strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies
  • Several years of marketing experience, with a focus on campaign management and CRM expertise
  • Experience with marketing campaigns and MS-Dynamics, with a strong understanding of data analysis and reporting
  • Knowledge of project management principles and methodologies
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform marketing decisions
  • Reliability, accuracy, communication skills, and assertiveness, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Good command of English, with the ability to communicate complex ideas and strategies to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
