Operations Manager

Are you a seasoned hotel professional with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences? Do you have a proven track record of managing complex hotel operations and driving commercial results? We're looking for a talented Operations Manager to join our team at Radisson Hotel Group.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the smooth operation of the hotel, ensuring all areas of the business are managed to the highest standards.
  • Work closely with Heads of Department and key stakeholders to maximize guest satisfaction and comfort.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive key hotel metrics and deliver business objectives.
  • Lead and manage the hotel team, fostering a culture of growth, development, and performance.
  • Manage the hotel budget and business plan, ensuring all areas of the hotel operation are controlled and optimized.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, including guests, colleagues, and external partners.
  • Continuously review and improve business operations, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in hotel operations, with a strong track record of delivering results.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to find creative solutions to complex challenges.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests, colleagues, and external partners.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
