We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as a Specialist in Virtual Commissioning. In this role, you will be instrumental in the development and testing of both real and virtual PLC controls, ensuring seamless integration with virtual machine models, robotic systems, and supervisory control frameworks.

• Execute the foundational and functional commissioning of software tailored for machining and assembly operations, collaborating closely with software experts to identify and rectify issues.
• Adapt models within the simulation environment and validate the virtual representation in partnership with technical specialists.
• Serve as a liaison to software design teams, fostering collaboration to enhance software quality for subsequent processes and minimize commissioning durations at the actual facility.
• Actively engage in the preparation, execution, documentation, and standardization of virtual commissioning processes, providing support to PLC and robotics programmers.
• Contribute to ongoing improvement initiatives related to virtual commissioning and model development.

• Completed education in electrical engineering, mechatronics, or mechanical engineering, with potential further qualifications as a technician or master.
• Extensive experience in robotics or PLC programming and commissioning within industrial settings.
• Proficient in programming and commissioning PLC controls, with familiarity in systems such as Beckhoff and Siemens.
• Experience with commissioning bus systems, drive technologies, and industrial robotics is a plus.
