Freight Dispatch Coordinator

Position: Logistics Coordinator
Location: Neufahrn
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the coordination of ALV, JIT/JIS transportation processes.
- Delegate transport assignments to subcontractors while managing fleet operations.
- Enhance the dispatch schedule by incorporating additional vehicles or special transport requests.
- Track and modify loading and unloading schedules for various orders.
- Ensure efficient order processing supervision.
- Facilitate the distribution of transport documents and relevant data.
- Maintain effective communication with clients.
- Adhere to all applicable legal regulations.
Qualifications:
- Completed vocational training, ideally in forwarding and logistics services.
- Demonstrated experience in truck dispatching.
- Proficiency in foreign languages is a plus.
- Strong IT competencies.
- Availability for on-call duties.
- Proactive approach and dedication to tasks.
