We are seeking:

Enthusiastic Early Childhood Educator (m/f/d) for a nurturing childcare facility within the Evangelischer Kirchenkreis Krefeld-Viersen.

Your Role:
  • Engage in the planning, execution, and assessment of educational programs tailored to the diverse needs of children
  • Demonstrate expertise in early childhood education
  • Adapt to flexible working arrangements across multiple childcare centers
  • Facilitate educational activities within your group
  • Collaborate closely with management, team members, parents, and the community
  • Contribute to the development of educational frameworks and quality benchmarks
Qualifications:
  • Recognized qualification in childcare or a related field with relevant experience
  • Additional training or specialization in early childhood education for children under three years
  • Willingness to embrace flexible working hours
  • Passionate and engaging demeanor with a genuine love for working with children
  • Ability to work independently and in an organized manner, with a commitment to continuous learning
  • Alignment with Christian values and participation in religious education
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with children, parents, and colleagues
  • Familiarity with applicable legal regulations
