Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Stockroom Associate to join our team at Levi Strauss & Co. in Hamburg, Germany. As a Stockroom Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and accurate management of our stockroom, as well as providing exceptional customer service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Review store sales and KPIs to identify sales opportunities with the Store Manager
- Ensure replenishment is done efficiently and accurately on a daily basis
- Train store associates in Stock Management Guidelines and standards
- Ensure the product is well displayed, assorted, and tagged on the floor and in the stockroom
- Organize and maintain the stockroom
- Provide shop floor support to the team
Requirements
- Possess relevant stock operation experience
- Be able to think strategically, work flexibly, and drive change
- Adapt quickly to meet the store operational demands
- Ability to prioritize tasks, work well under pressure, be very organized, and keep to deadlines
- Work equally as efficiently when working in a team and alone
- Attention to detail and work in a timely manner
