Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Leadership Trainer to join our team. As a Leadership Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering training programs to engage learners, encourage participation, and produce desired outcomes. You will work closely with our HR Ops team to manage pre-event needs and provide onsite support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver training programs, conduct research on industry trends, or support the design of training materials.
  • Anticipate and incorporate cultural issues relevant to solution delivery by acting as a role model.
  • Provide feedback on instructional and delivery methods, including coaching.
  • Work under the supervision of more experienced trainers to gain hands-on experience in the field.
  • Apply subject matter knowledge to deliver learning solutions to engage the learner, encourage participation, and produce desired outcomes.
  • Establish credibility by demonstrating expert knowledge of solution content, providing relevant business examples, and helping learners apply learning to on-the-job situations.
  • Coordinate with and prepare SMEs to assist in delivering training to learners.

Requirements

  • 5-10 years broad industry experience
  • 5+ years training consultancy/facilitation for Junior and mid-level audiences
  • Experience managing a learning environment with constructive feedback, and prediction of and response to learner needs
