Ihre Herausforderung

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen IT-System-Spezialisten, der sich auf die Verwaltung von Datacenter- und Netzwerkinfrastrukturen spezialisiert hat. Als Teil unseres Teams werden Sie sich um die Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung von Servern, Speichersystemen und Netzwerkkomponenten kümmern.

Ihre Aufgaben
  • Implementierung und Verwaltung von Datacenter- und Netzwerklösungen
  • Überwachung der Systemleistung und Sicherstellung der Verfügbarkeit und Sicherheit der IT-Infrastruktur
  • Regelmäßige Durchführung von Wartungsarbeiten und Updates
  • Diagnose und Behebung von Systemausfällen und Netzwerkproblemen
  • Hands-On-Support als direkter Ansprechpartner für IT-Services vor Ort
  • Technische Unterstützung der Personalabteilung bei On- und Offboarding-Prozessen
  • Unterstützung bei Schulungen und Workshops zu neuen Systemen und Technologien
  • Erstellung und Pflege von Systemdokumentationen und Betriebsanleitungen
  • Regelmäßiges Reporting über den Zustand der IT-Infrastruktur
  • Koordination mit externen Dienstleistern und Lieferanten
Ihr Profil
  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Verwaltung von Datacenter- und Netzwerkinfrastrukturen
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Server- und Netzwerktechnologien, Virtualisierung, Speichersystemen und Sicherheitslösungen
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Tools und Technologien wie VMware, Hyper-V, Cisco Meraki, Sophos, HP oder ähnlichen
  • Ausgeprägte Fähigkeiten zur Problemanalyse und -lösung sowie hohe Selbstständigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Starke Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationskompetenz und Serviceorientierung
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse
