**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personal Administrator (m/w/d) Compensation Processing to join our team at Griesson - de Beukelaer. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for creating and processing monthly compensation reports for our employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date compensation records for employees
  • Process and verify payroll data, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations
  • Provide exceptional customer service to employees and management, addressing all compensation-related inquiries and concerns
  • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely compensation processing
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Relevant education and experience in compensation processing and payroll management
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and industry standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office and SAP
