About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Electronics Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Freudenberg. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough error analysis and troubleshooting of malfunctions on our production facilities, performing inspections, maintenance, and installation of new components.
  • Maintain and update electrical circuit diagrams to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Continuously improve equipment and processes to optimize production and reduce downtime.
  • Perform quality maintenance and repair work on electronic equipment to ensure high standards are met.
  • Lead work groups during assembly and repair work, promoting a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.

Requirements:

  • Completed training as an electronics technician for operating or automation technology.
  • Professional experience in the maintenance and servicing of plants, with a focus on electrical systems.
  • Experience in software programming with PLC Siemens S5/S7, as well as basic knowledge of drive technology.
  • Basics in network technology/bus systems and pneumatics.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues at all levels.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and ability to learn new software applications quickly.
  • Very good written and spoken German language skills.
