Position: Head ChefKey Responsibilities:
- Design and prepare nutritious meals for residents and guests
- Ensure adherence to hygiene and food safety regulations
- Oversee kitchen personnel and coordinate daily kitchen activities
- Manage food supplies, procurement, and menu development
- Assist in enhancing internal operational processes
Qualifications:
- Completed culinary training or equivalent experience
- Extensive experience in institutional catering or senior dining services
- Previous leadership experience is advantageous
- Strong service-oriented and respectful communication abilities
- Proficient in computer applications
