Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a dedicated individual for our Head Office in Düsseldorf to fill the role of:

JUNIOR CONTROLLER
Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the daily operations of the Controlling department.
  • Act as a reliable partner for the Controlling manager and collaborate with internal teams and the European Headquarters.
  • Prepare detailed financial reports to facilitate strategic decision-making.
  • Create data visualizations through reports and dashboards for management stakeholders.
  • Analyze financial data to provide insights that enhance overall business performance.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Support the planning and monitoring of the annual budget, including preparation of relevant documentation.
  • Coordinate effectively with departments involved in the financial closing process.
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly financial and sales reports, along with ad hoc analyses.

Qualifications:
We are eager to meet candidates who possess:

  • A degree in business administration with a concentration in finance and controlling.
  • Experience in controlling and reporting, preferably within the retail sector.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Familiarity with SAP and an understanding of data flows and closing procedures is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with Power BI; knowledge of other relevant tools is a plus.
  • A willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
  • Fluent English communication skills, with German being an additional asset.
