About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Clerk (m/w/d) to join our team at AlphaConsult Premium KG. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for procuring and coordinating components for ongoing production, ensuring timely delivery and accurate communication with suppliers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Procurement and Coordination: Procure and coordinate components for ongoing production, ensuring timely delivery and accurate communication with suppliers.
  • Supply Chain Management: Coordinate delivery dates and quantities to match production needs, ensuring seamless integration with our production schedule.
  • Communication and Customer Service: Communicate effectively with suppliers, handle inquiries, and provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the operations team, including price and data maintenance, and communication with departments.
