Position Summary

Hexagon PPM is looking for an Order Management Specialist to join our team.

This position is based in our Garching office in Munich, with options for hybrid work arrangements.

In this role, you will provide essential support to our Sales and Services teams, facilitating proactive business growth. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of administrative and operational tasks, reporting directly to the Order Management Manager. This role will cater to clients across the DACH region.

We seek a motivated and detail-oriented individual to enhance our dynamic and professional team environment. Key responsibilities will include managing sales orders, overseeing asset management, and handling license generation requests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and process quotes and orders submitted by the sales team using Salesforce CPQ and Dynamics GP.
  • Manage software licenses, keys, and assets efficiently.
  • Ensure accuracy in pricing, quantities, and terms in accordance with established business policies.
  • Issue precise invoices upon order fulfillment.
  • Review legal agreements to ensure proper administration.
  • Adhere to corporate export policies diligently.
  • Communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders to identify and resolve issues.
  • Prioritize tasks effectively and navigate multiple business systems to fulfill requests.
  • Prepare ad hoc reports for management as needed.

This role involves significant interaction with both internal and external clients, necessitating strong communication skills. A high level of self-direction and decision-making ability is expected, along with a commitment to teamwork and productivity.

Qualifications

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in customer service, preferably within an international organization.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written German (C2) and English.
  • Familiarity with standard ERP systems; experience with Dynamics Great Plains is a plus.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills are essential.
  • Ability to quickly learn new software functionalities and processes.
  • Team-oriented mindset and dedication to achieving results.
