Überblick über die Aufgaben
- Als Leiter:in Asset Accounting bist du verantwortlich für die Gesamtleitung der Abrechnung und Verrechnung, Bilanzierung und fortlaufende Betreuung des Anlagevermögens der Lechwerke AG
- Du organisierst die effiziente Einsatzplanung und Aufgabenverteilung der rund 20 Mitarbeitenden und entwickelst sie konsequent und strukturiert weiter
- Abrechnung aller anfallenden Maßnahmen - ob Aufwand oder Investition - nach den aktuell gültigen rechtlichen und konzerninternen Vorgaben
- Auch die effiziente Verrechnung von Dienstleistungen innerhalb der Lechwerke AG gehören zu deinem Verantwortungsbereich
- Du stellst die lückenlose, zeitlich und sachlich geordnete Aufzeichnung aller Geschäftsvorfälle im Anlagevermögen sicher und erteilst innerhalb der Lechwerke AG kundenorientiert und effizient Auskunft darüber
- Dein Team arbeitet dem Accounting & Reporting im Rahmen der Quartals- und Jahresabschlüsse in time und in quality zu und klärt Rückfragen direkt mit den Wirtschaftsprüfern

- Du bringst ein abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine vergleichbare Weiterbildung mit und hast bereits erfolgreich erste Verantwortung im Bereich Asset Accounting übernommen
- Du denkst die Dinge neu und hinterfragst und strukturiert bisherige Prozess - und das in einem fortlaufenden Prozess der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung
- Du verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse in der Rechnungslegung nach HGB und IFRS im Anlagenbereich und hast diese in der Praxis bereits über mehrere Jahre hinweg angewandt
- Du vereinst analytische Fähigkeiten, eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise und ausgeprägte Methodenkompetenz mit der Fähigkeit deine Mannschaft von der Mission und den Zielen zu überzeugen
- Als erfahrene Führungskraft motivierst du dein Team zu exzellenter Leistung, bist transparent sowie klar und vermittelst eine stringente Strategie; dabei treibst du die Themen mit Sinn und Zweck voran und verstehst es, Commitment und Motivation für die Integration von Veränderungen zu schaffen
- Du zeichnest dich durch eine souveräne und verbindliche Kommunikation sowie eine faire und lösungsorientierte Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Partnern aller Hierarchieebenen aus
