We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer (m/f/d) to contribute to innovative construction initiatives within our port facilities and at Kiel Airport.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Overseeing the planning, bidding, and management of construction and demolition initiatives in civil, structural, and hydraulic engineering
- Estimating budgets for maintenance and new construction projects
- Contracting and supervising construction services
- Facilitating site meetings and negotiations
- Procurement of materials and services, managing invoices
- Maintaining and archiving technical documentation
- Navigating regulatory approval processes
- Degree in Civil Engineering with relevant professional experience; vocational training is advantageous
- Valid driver's license class B
- Proficient in MS Office and other pertinent software
- Highly motivated, strong negotiator, and a collaborative team player
