We are seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer (m/f/d) with expertise in Energy and Building Technology.

As a Senior Electrical Engineer specializing in Energy and Building Technology, you will engage in the following responsibilities:
- Participating in contract negotiations with clients
- Overseeing projects from initial sales through to construction completion
- Clarifying contract details and service scope
- Preparing budgets, monitoring costs, and controlling projects
- Leading the project team, addressing challenges, and providing support
- Ensuring quality of assembly and technical precision
- Structuring procurement and conducting price negotiations
- Promoting environmental protection and occupational safety
This role is ideal for you if you possess:
- A degree in electrical engineering or a completed technical apprenticeship
- Strong technical understanding
- Several years of experience in managing technical and commercial aspects of projects and construction sites
- A customer-oriented approach, excellent communication skills, and reliability, with a passion for networking
- The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also thriving independently
