Qualifications:

• Degree in Business Informatics, Automation Engineering, Manufacturing, or Business Administration
• Extensive experience in Consulting or Project Management, particularly in Manufacturing, Automation, Machine Integration, or Software Development within the MES sector
• Familiarity with MES Standards (ISA-S95, S88), Programming Languages (Java, C#), Databases (SQL, Oracle), Windows and Web Servers (IIS), and Cloud Technologies (AWS, Azure)
• Strong analytical abilities and quick comprehension of client needs
• Proficient communication skills in both German and English, with a collaborative mindset
• Enjoyment of working in a multicultural setting and readiness to travel for client engagements

Key Responsibilities:

• Advising clients on the redesign and enhancement of production processes related to MES implementation
• Assessing and executing client requirements in MES projects adhering to standardized protocols
• Serving as the primary contact for clients regarding issue resolution and improvements of MES systems
• Estimating technical efforts and assessing project viability
• Assisting in the customization and deployment of MES solutions
• Facilitating user training sessions and workshops
• Supporting Project Managers by acting as a liaison between internal software developers and clients
