Position: Survey Technician / Estimator (m/f/d) Civil Engineering

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare construction drawings and planning documents for earthworks, pipeline projects, and structural engineering based on field measurements and existing designs.
  • Develop digital terrain models and conduct quantity assessments.
  • Create sections, billing foundations, execution documents, excavation plans, and existing condition plans.
  • Carry out stakeouts in civil engineering, pipeline projects, and earthworks, along with measurements for pipeline documentation.
  • Oversee GPS control of construction machinery and prepare relevant data.
  • Manage invoicing for earthworks, road construction, and pipeline projects.
  • Engage in calculations and supplementary billing, as well as final inspections and acceptance measurements.

Qualifications:

  • Completed training as a Survey Technician or Construction Technician in civil engineering, or an equivalent qualification.
  • Several years of experience in the construction sector, particularly in civil engineering.
  • Familiarity with current instrument technology (Leica) and industry-standard software solutions.
  • Experience with iTWO civil software, CAD, and MS-Office applications.
  • Willingness to work both in an office setting and on-site.
  • Commitment, strong communication abilities, and an independent work ethic.
