Job Summary
Opteven Deutschland is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Customer Service to lead our newly created Customer Service department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our customer service processes, managing a team of customer service representatives, and driving business growth through exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement customer service strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
- Lead a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and training to ensure excellent customer service
- Manage customer service processes, including contract administration, issue resolution, and customer communication
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure seamless customer service experiences
- Monitor and analyze customer service metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to drive business growth
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service leadership, with a strong track record of driving business growth and improving customer satisfaction
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze customer service metrics and implement changes to drive business growth
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
- Fluent English language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
