Your Responsibilities:
- Set up, program, and operate CNC grinding machines, following supervisor guidance when necessary.
- Prepare and finish components, with complexity tailored to your skills and experience.
- Conduct quality assurance, including rework based on specifications and instructions.
- Maintain workplace organization and cleanliness in line with 6S standards.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives and their implementation.
Your Qualifications:
- Completion of a 3.5-year technical vocational training program, such as a cutting machine operator.
- Professional experience with CNC processing machines, particularly in grinding.
- Proficiency in CNC programming.
- Desirable knowledge of conventional machining techniques.
- Initial experience in the manufacturing of mechanical seals is a plus.
- Familiarity with relevant procedures, operating instructions, DIN standards, ISO 9001 protocols, and internal guidelines.
- Demonstrated flexibility, resilience, initiative, and strong communication skills.
