Vehicle Repair Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the complete execution and proper completion of repair orders by mechanics in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and specifications.
  • Conduct internal quality control measures to ensure flawless work quality and adequate workshop equipment.
  • Provide technical support to mechanics in diagnosing issues and resolving complex repairs.
  • Lead, guide, and motivate subordinate staff.
  • Perform final technical inspections after completing repair orders.
  • Organize and conduct training sessions for mechanics and apprentices.
  • Coordinate task assignments based on mechanic qualifications, in consultation with the service advisor.
  • Ensure optimal workshop utilization.
  • Arrange for parts supply for mechanics.
  • Monitor the proper handling and storage of hazardous materials, waste disposal, and materials.
  • Ensure compliance with occupational safety and health regulations.
Requirements:

  • Hold a technical degree in automotive mechanics, mechatronics, or a related field, or have equivalent experience as a workshop manager.
  • Experience in personnel management.
  • Empathy and foresight.
  • Passion for vehicles and interest in the automotive industry (BMW, Audi, etc.).
  • High standards of cleanliness, orderliness, and reliability.
  • Flexibility, ability to work independently or as part of a team.
