GHARAGE Vision Hub is seeking a dedicated intern for a 6-month period in the capacity of a Research & Insights Intern (m/f/d). This role is ideal for individuals passionate about uncovering trends, analyzing data, and shaping the future of travel retail. As part of the Vision Hub Team, you will collaborate closely with our Intelligence Lead, Janosch, to identify and evaluate emerging trends, innovative technologies, and the fundamental drivers of change, thereby aiding in the establishment of a strategic foundation for decision-making.
Key Responsibilities- Perform in-depth research on industry trends, technological advancements, market conditions, and socio-economic changes.
- Gather and interpret both quantitative and qualitative data from diverse sources to facilitate strategic planning and business growth initiatives.
- Assist in crafting research reports, presentations, and supplementary materials for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Work alongside cross-functional teams to collect insights and offer recommendations based on research outcomes.
- Develop forward-thinking and inspirational content, such as future scenarios, blog entries, reports, and presentations.
- Utilize research and foresight methodologies, along with AI tools, to enhance efficiency and creativity in your work, while exploring new technologies and innovative strategies.
- Remain informed about relevant literature, academic research, and emerging technologies to improve the quality and depth of research activities.
- A highly motivated individual with a proactive approach, a creative mindset, and a curious attitude towards new technologies and innovations.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant discipline such as Business, Economics, Marketing, Innovation Management, Future Studies, or a related field.
- Strong analytical capabilities with the proficiency to interpret and synthesize complex quantitative and qualitative data.
- Familiarity with research methodologies, data analysis tools, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
- Experience with AI tools is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
