Market Insights Strategist

Your primary focus will be on creating, compiling, analyzing, and sharing insights on assigned Consumer Healthcare categories to help identify and characterize growth opportunities and assess our company\u2019s position on the market.
Key responsibilities include:
* Creating deep dive analytics on strategic and important Consumer Healthcare brand topics within assigned categories
* Developing meaningful and insightful dashboards using internal and external data sources
* Reviewing and challenging Consumer Healthcare brand business objectives to develop, manage, and execute market research plans
* Leading all primary market research in assigned Consumer Healthcare categories, including defining project objectives and scope, vendor selection, project management, and delivering the project on time and to budget
* Contributing to continuous process optimization, enabling cross-functional collaboration, and facilitating best-practice sharing
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A degree in business, marketing, management, or a research-related discipline
* 5-8 years of experience in Market Intelligence, Market Research, or Business Intelligence, obtained in a market research agency or a Consumer Healthcare company
* Mastery of designing, conducting, and evaluating primary and secondary research in consumer healthcare to drive fact-based and data-driven insights using multiple research and analytic techniques
* Proven ability to effectively manage large multi-country consumer/healthcare professional primary market research projects and communicate actionable insights across multiple teams
* Significant and proven experience with data (IMS, Mintel, IRI) and analytics (Excel, Alteryx) and visualization (Tableau, Power BI)
* Confidence in analyzing and presenting data and communicating to cross-functional teams
* Understanding of the media/digital landscape and how it can be used to shape consumer insight
* Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Comfortable developing strong relationships within the business and across teams/markets
* Excellent English written, verbal, and presentation skills
