Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Assembly Technician to join our team at Freudenberg. As an Assembly Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Quality Control: Inspect parts according to quality specifications to ensure they meet our high standards.
  • Assembly and Production: Assemble components accurately, thoroughly, and quickly to approved specifications and rates.
  • Maintenance and Safety: Help maintain a clean and organized workspace, and follow Health, Safety, Environmental and Lean standards.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Communicate with other stations on the assembly line to ensure maximum speed and accuracy, and work collaboratively with other team members to achieve common goals.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school or equivalent level of education.
  • Experience: Experience working in a fast-moving consumer goods manufacturing environment is preferred.
  • Skills: Basic math skills, good use of logic, excellent hand-eye coordination, and ability to work quickly and accurately for performing repetitive tasks.
