Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT professional to join our team as a Network Administrator. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of our network and server infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain the network and server infrastructure to ensure high levels of performance and reliability.
- Provide 2nd level support for users, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Manage external service providers, ensuring that they meet our high standards of quality and service.
- Collaborate with our IT team to develop and implement new IT projects and initiatives.
- Support the IT infrastructure, including Windows servers and clients, and implement and monitor our IT standards.
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in the IT environment or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience in IT system administration.
- Routine knowledge of Windows Server support (Windows 7, 10, 2008, 2012, 2016) and sound experience with MS Office.
- Good network and network design knowledge as well as knowledge of virtualization (VMware).
- Fluent written and spoken German, good knowledge of English an advantage.
- Class B driving license desirable.
- Precise working style with a high sense of responsibility and consulting skills.
