CNC Machinist (m/w/d) Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist (m/w/d) to join our team at Trio Personalmanagement Bretten GmbH - Heilbronn. As a CNC Machinist, you will be responsible for programming, preparing, and setting up CNC milling machines, as well as operating and maintaining them.

Key Responsibilities:

• Programming and Setup: Program and prepare CNC milling machines for production, including setting up and adjusting tools.
• Machine Operation: Operate CNC milling machines to produce complex components, ensuring high precision and quality.
• Quality Control: Inspect and measure produced workpieces to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on CNC milling machines to ensure optimal performance.

Requirements:

• CNC Experience: 2+ years of experience working with CNC milling machines, preferably with Siemens and Heidenhain controls.
• Technical Knowledge: Good knowledge of CNC manufacturing technology, CAD/CAM programming, and technical drawings.
• Soft Skills: Independent work style, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team environment.
