Your Role

As a Sea Logistics Data Solutions Expert at Kuehne+Nagel, you will play a crucial role in designing and executing data integrations for customers, driving improvements in existing processes and systems. You will work closely with international colleagues across the EMEA and Indian sub-continent regions to deliver high-quality solutions.

Your Responsibilities
  • Ensure successful completion of all customer Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) projects.
  • Act as solution implementation manager for data integration projects, utilizing various data formats and transmission protocols.
  • Ensure high professional standards in solution design, logical mapping, testing, hyper-care phases, 2nd level support, and handover to KN Global Services.
  • Foster collaboration with the requirements engineering team to ensure seamless integration of data solutions with Transport Management Systems (TMS).
  • Guide and consult customer solution teams to lead technical conversations with customers, understanding EDI requirements.
  • Coach, train, and support team members on projects in work streams.
Your Skills and Experiences
  • Strong project management skills, both classic and agile.
  • Knowledge of EDI, common data formats, and transmission protocols.
  • Understanding of KN operations, products, services, and operational systems.
  • Stakeholder management and collaboration mindset.
  • Fluency in English is a must.
