We are seeking a seasoned healthcare leader to join our team as a PDL/Nursing Care Manager at a senior care facility in Germany.

• Lead a team of nurses and ensure high-quality, holistic care and support for residents
• Provide professional and disciplinary leadership, as well as ongoing development of staff
• Plan, organize, and optimize nursing processes, considering individual resident needs
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements, quality standards, and hygiene guidelines
• Establish and maintain a trustworthy collaboration with residents, families, physicians, and external service providers
• Contribute to the advancement of the facility and the implementation of modern care concepts

• Completed training in geriatric care or nursing, followed by further education in nursing management or equivalent qualifications
• Several years of experience in geriatric care, with at least two years in a supervisory role
• Solid knowledge in geriatric care, nursing documentation, and a profound understanding of the needs of the elderly
• Strong communication skills, empathy, assertiveness, and enjoyment of teamwork
• Organizational talent, decisiveness, and the ability to maintain an overview even in stressful situations
• Willingness for continuous learning and to implement modern care and support concepts
