Aufgaben:
- Modellierung und Implementierung von benutzerzentrierter Business-Software
- Mentoring und Coaching von Entwickler*innen
- Entwicklung und Förderung von sinnvollen Standards und Konventionen
- Mitwirkung bei Recruiting und Teambildung
- Zusammenarbeit mit dem Product Owner zur Balance zwischen fachlichen und technischen Themen auf der Roadmap
- Bewertung der Komplexität und technischen Machbarkeit von Anforderungen
- Verbesserung der Entwicklererfahrung, Auswahl von Tools und Workflows
- Architektonische Umsetzung anforderungsgetriebener Backend-Prozesse
- Intensive Zusammenarbeit mit Produktspezialisten aus Logistik und UX zur Konzeption und Entwicklung neuer Funktionen
- Enger Austausch mit Entwicklern und Durchführung von Code-Reviews
Anforderungen:
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung
- Erfahrung in der Führung von Teams
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in digitaler Produktentwicklung
- Kenntnisse in agilen Arbeitsmethoden
- Ausgeprägte Kenntnisse in Java & Spring Boot oder vergleichbaren Technologien
- Leidenschaft für sauberen Code und verhaltensgesteuertes Testen
- Kenntnisse in Eventsourcing/CQRS, ereignisgesteuerten Architekturen, Kubernetes, Docker und cloud-nativen Umgebungen
- Erfahrung im Frontend-Bereich, idealerweise mit komplexen Anwendungen in Typescript
