Bei SINUS Personalmanagement suchen wir einen motivierten und engagierten Recruiter Healthcare, der sich auf die Suche nach qualifizierten Fachkräften für unsere Kunden aus dem Gesundheitssektor spezialisiert hat.

Die Aufgaben
  • Wir erwarten von Ihnen, dass Sie eng mit unseren Personalberatern zusammenarbeiten, um Kandidaten für unsere Kunden aus dem Healthcare-Sektor zu finden.
  • Sie werden neue Kandidaten durch Active Sourcing-Aktivitäten in Berufsnetzwerken gewinnen und ansprechende Stellenanzeigen auf verschiedenen Portalen schalten.
  • Mit den Kandidaten führen Sie sowohl persönliche als auch videobasierte Vorstellungsgespräche durch.
  • Wir erwarten von Ihnen, dass Sie individuelle Kandidatenprofile für unsere Kunden erstellen.
  • Sie sind Ansprechpartner für die Kandidaten während des gesamten Bewerbungsprozesses.
Dein Profil
  • Wir erwarten von Ihnen, dass Sie eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein abgeschlossenes Studium (idealerweise mit Bezug zum Gesundheitswesen) vorweisen können.
  • Sie sollten sich für die Healthcare-Branche interessieren.
  • Sie sollten versiert im Umgang mit den gängigen sozialen Netzwerken sein.
  • Sie sollten Freude daran haben, auf Menschen zuzugehen, sie zu begeistern und zu überzeugen.
