Position Overview

As a Working Student - Global Commercial Specialty Care, you will play a pivotal role in supporting various initiatives linked to global commercial strategies and operations. This position offers invaluable practical experience within a vibrant and international business setting. You will engage with cross-functional teams and assist in executing commercial projects on a worldwide scale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the formulation and execution of global strategic brand plans.
  • Collaborate on commercial launch planning activities across European markets.
  • Support the global brand team in gathering, analyzing, and disseminating competitive intelligence.
  • Provide assistance to the brand team with metrics and data analysis.
  • Participate in the creation, revision, and updating of promotional materials for both internal and external use, in collaboration with global agencies.
  • Contribute to the coordination of Specialty Care communication strategies alongside the Global Communications/PR team, including social media initiatives.
  • Assist in organizing internal events and conferences.
  • Support the coordination of multidisciplinary teams involved in various projects.

Candidate Profile

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in health sciences, such as Medicine or Pharmacy; a Master's program in General Business, Economics, or Marketing is advantageous.
  • Possess knowledge or a keen interest in medical and scientific principles and terminology.
  • Have a foundational understanding of renal physiology.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • A self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable individual.
  • Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English and German, both spoken and written.
  • Open-minded and receptive to innovative working methods.
  • Able to manage multiple activities and projects effectively.
  • Capable of independently identifying tasks and moving forward with minimal guidance.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills to handle various deliverables across changing timelines.
  • Quick to understand new concepts and information with limited supervision.
