Learning and Development Intern

Position: Intern/Working Student (m/f/d) in Learning and Development
We are seeking a motivated intern/working student to join our dynamic and international team focused on enhancing our learning and development initiatives. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to contribute to high-performance engineering solutions in the aerospace sector, we encourage you to consider this opportunity.
Your Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of OHB's learning and development projects.
- Create training materials, modules, and courses that align with our organizational goals and learning needs.
- Design engaging and interactive e-learning content using modern tools.
- Support the management and maintenance of our Learning Management System (LMS).
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
- Update training presentations and handbooks as needed.
- Coordinate events and meetings, while assisting with general HR administrative tasks.
Your Profile:
- Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in communications, human resources, business, psychology, or a related field.
- Previous experience in HR or learning and development is advantageous.
- Familiarity with instructional design tools and e-learning authoring software is preferred.
- Strong grasp of adult learning principles and training evaluation methods.
- Ability to work independently and maintain an organized approach.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential.
