Key ResponsibilitiesAs a seasoned Product Designer, you will spearhead design initiatives across various early-stage projects within our portfolio.
Your primary focus will be on steering the product design process, which includes UX, UI, and user testing, while also engaging in a diverse array of responsibilities. You will participate from the initial business modeling phase, collaborating with the business team to craft compelling offerings for our customers and end-users through critical design and interaction insights.
From the initial sketches to final validation, you will continuously assess each design phase, engaging with customers and end-users to gather objective feedback on product alignment with target demographics. During the development phase, you will support engineers in translating UI mock-ups into tangible products by providing UI guidelines, conducting prototype reviews, and validating UI/UX until the product launch.
Given the diverse user groups of our digital healthcare products, you will often face the challenge of altering user habits or motivating them towards specific goals. Our products frequently undergo significant transformations until we discover a solution we truly believe in. Role & Responsibilities:
- Lead product design efforts across our portfolio ventures, from initial discovery to full market availability.
- Conduct UX research, usability testing, and synthesize customer insights.
- Develop design systems, UI design, and prototypes.
- Engage in Scrum and agile processes, collaborating with product managers and engineers.
- Understand requirements and best practices for web and mobile applications.
Requirements & Skills
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product Designer, with health tech experience being advantageous.
- Proven ability to translate abstract business and customer needs into engaging products, supported by a relevant portfolio.
- Demonstrated proficiency with standard design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD) for creating wireframes, user flows, mock-ups, and prototypes. Experience with no-code tools for early mock-ups is a plus.
- Strong empathy for business modeling and engagement strategies.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Preferably located in the CET time zone.
- Experience in start-ups or scale-ups is a plus.
- Background in UX & Product Research is highly desirable.
- Experience in Software Development & Research is beneficial.
