START NRW GmbH is seeking an Electronics Production Assistant to become part of a dynamic team in a full-time role. The successful applicant should possess qualifications as an Industrial or Electrical Technician or a comparable background. The hourly wage starts at 18,00 EUR, with an increase to 18,75 EUR after a specified period. This role involves a three-shift work schedule with a total of 35 hours per week.

• Assembling cables and wiring components
• Performing mounting tasks on completed cable assemblies
• Coiling and organizing wires
• Recording completed tasks and products in accordance with operational guidelines

• Completed training as an Industrial or Electrical Technician or equivalent
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment
• Familiarity with DGUV-V3 regulations is advantageous
• Ability to work in shifts
• Competence in MS Office applications
• Fluency in German is required

• Initial salary of 18,00 EUR per hour, increasing to 18,75 EUR per hour after a specified period
