Your Work Area

Are you prepared to engage in the vibrant field of financial reporting? As an intern (f/m/d) in our Financial Accounting & Regulatory Reporting division, you will be positioned at the cutting edge of innovation. Here’s what you can expect:
Collaborate with Professionals: Partner with our experienced team members. You will support the management of external resources for essential regulatory and operational initiatives. Your input will significantly influence our objective of ensuring compliance while enhancing efficiency.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Assist project managers and department heads in overseeing external resources and lead the entire process for external engagements.
  • Prepare critical management presentations utilizing Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Participate in contract management and provide necessary support.
  • Create essential documentation related to contracts.
  • Learn to utilize SAP Fieldglass.
  • Manage invoices for external resources.
  • Gain valuable insights into the regulatory reporting framework of Deutsche Börse Group.
  • Contribute to the enhancement of Jira for managing contracts and project activities.
  • Further improve internal documentation of processes.

Your Profile:

  • You are enrolled at a recognized university as a regular student throughout the internship period, focusing on economics, statistics, business administration, computer science, mathematics, or related fields. Alternatively, we offer an orientation internship for those in a gap year after their bachelor’s or master’s degree in the aforementioned areas, where enrollment is not required.
  • You possess a proactive attitude and the ability to work autonomously.
  • You demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • You are a collaborative team player with excellent communication skills.
  • You have advanced proficiency in MS Office (experience with Jira is a plus) and initial exposure to SAP, Salesforce, Workday, HubSpot, or similar solutions.
  • You are fluent in both written and spoken English, as well as German and/or French.
