Accounting Manager

LOGISTIC PEOPLE (Deutschland) GmbH is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Teamleiter (m/w/d) Buchhaltung to oversee all financial aspects of our dynamic organization.
As the Accounting Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records. You will lead a team of accounting professionals, manage month-end and quarter-end closing processes, and collaborate with various departments to provide insightful financial reporting.
Your Responsibilities:- Oversee all financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
- Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of monthly and quarterly closing procedures, adhering to established accounting standards.
- Prepare comprehensive financial statements and reports for management review and decision-making.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide financial support and guidance on operational matters.
- Possess a completed commercial education with a specialization in accounting.
- Demonstrate extensive experience in the logistics industry, understanding its unique financial challenges and requirements.
- Exhibit a strong grasp of the Commercial Code (Handelsgesetzbuch) and relevant accounting principles.
- Possess proven leadership skills with experience managing and motivating accounting teams.
- Demonstrate exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with a keen attention to detail.
