About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Lifecycle Management Specialist to join our team at Kardex. As a key member of our global digitalization program, you will be responsible for leading the implementation and customization of PLM systems, ensuring seamless integration with our existing infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and document business, process, and technical requirements related to the product lifecycle process, taking ownership of the global End-to-End responsibility.
  • Consult and collaborate with stakeholders, including the Application Owner, Enterprise Architect, and implementation partner, to derive and configure PLM software.
  • Provide 2nd-level support and consultation for day-to-day operations, ensuring 3rd-level support is provided by our implementation partner.
  • Lead several projects and deliver trainings to internal stakeholders, assuming the leading PLM role in our global digitalization program.
Requirements
  • Multiple years of practical professional experience with PLM systems in a production environment.
  • Experience in implementing, customizing, and working with PLM systems, as well as realizing Master Data Management.
  • Knowledge of CIM Database PLM System is a plus.
  • Good understanding of the product lifecycle process.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • English and German proficiency.
