Optimus Search is seeking an experienced Embedded Software Engineer to join our team. As an Embedded Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing software for our range of electric drones.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implementation and maintenance of Real-Time Operating System (RTOS) tasks for the autopilot system
- Maintenance and optimization of the firmware build toolchain and firmware management
- Implementation, maintenance, and optimization of Board Support Package (BSP) and peripheral drivers for external sensors
Requirements:
- Experience in writing embedded codes for microcontrollers
- Proficiency in C language and handling of software management tools like Git and Gitlab
- Understanding of embedded software, general microcontrollers (ARM, Cortex-M), and excellent diagnostic skills
- Proficiency in conversational German at the B2 level
