Job Title: Senior SCCM Expert

At Intelligenz IT, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior SCCM Expert to join our team. As a key member of our IT infrastructure team, you will be responsible for deploying, configuring, and managing endpoint devices using SCCM.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deploy and manage endpoint devices using SCCM
  • Plan and execute software deployments, updates, and patches
  • Provide technical support for client devices, including desktops, laptops, and mobile devices
  • Ensure endpoint devices comply with security policies and standards
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues on endpoint devices
  • Maintain accurate documentation of configurations, processes, and procedures
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration and support of endpoint devices

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in endpoint management and support
  • Proficiency in SCCM (Intune a plus)
  • Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems
  • Familiarity with network protocols and troubleshooting

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate or similar
  • Experience with scripting and automation tools (e.g., PowerShell)
  • German language skills would be helpful
