Your key responsibilities:

• Planning and upkeep of machinery and equipment
• Assembly and installation of molds, integrating them with existing systems
• Conducting test runs and measurements on production machinery prior to commissioning
• Basic programming and/or configuration of dosing systems and casting machines may be required
• Training staff and/or clients on machine operation
• Monitoring machinery operations and executing routine maintenance and troubleshooting

Your qualifications:

• Completed training as an Industrial Mechanic or Mechatronics Technician (m/w/d) with electrical engineering background or significant experience in the field
• Initial experience in maintenance of machinery and production facilities
• Familiarity with electrical engineering, pneumatics, and hydraulics
• Knowledge of PLC technology (S7) and conventional toolmaking (milling and turning)
• Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for setting up and operating production machines
• Attention to detail for creating order-related and technical documentation using MS Office
• Technical aptitude and hands-on skills in machine maintenance to diagnose and resolve issues
• Willingness to work shifts and weekends
